Logan, Tanner and their team of contractors helped us with a reconstruction project. They are professional, responsive, knowledgeable, careful, and do great work. We strongly recommend them.
We had some minor mold and water damage issues and called OnCall Restoration to help resolve. Alek was quick to come out and give an estimate and the work was completed within a week. I really appreciated her responsiveness and flexibility as I coordinated the timing of the work with our tenants. I would definitely work with this company again!
We had a water damage issue and called a few places for quotes. OnCall Restoration wasn't the cheapest but we went with them because Alek was honest with us, he took the time to explain everything, and they were thorough in figuring out what needs to happen. Unfortunately we did end up having some mold and the team sent us pictures (we aren't mold experts so honestly don't know what we were looking at) but it was nice to have someone honest enough that they are sharing pictures which you could prob get a second opinion on if you so choose. The work was done professionally and the crew was great. Fingers crossed we will never have to call them again!! Haha, I mean who really wishes for water damage?!
Our drain pipe got clogged and water started backing out of the sink. I was out of town and had called OnCall Restoration for help. Logan and team responded quickly, and were able to handle the situation swiftly. The team did an exceptional job on triaging the leakage and performing the initial mitigation. I was able to give them instructions remotely over the phone and Logan was able to collect the keys from my neighbor and went above and beyond to get the job done in an effective manner.
